Overview

Kendal Curtis is an associate with Gjerset & Lorenz, LLP. Her practice focuses on compliance matters related to Texas’s Medicaid Managed Care Aligning Technology by Linking Interoperable Systems for Client Health Outcomes Program, the South Carolina Quality Achievement Program, and the Louisiana Medicaid Managed Care Incentive Program, as well as broader hospital reimbursement and compliance issues. Ms. Curtis’s transactional experience includes drafting, hospital management agreements, and accountable care organization participation agreements.

While attending Tulane University School of Law, Ms. Curtis spent her summer interning for Judge Alan D. Albright with the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, where she assisted on matters involving patent litigation.
